We just added a new feature to Get Reviews so you can stay closer to customer feedback when running review generation campaigns.
Now, when you run a Get Reviews campaign, you will have the option to receive email notifications about the Net Promoter Score (NPS) provided by customers.
React quickly to negative feedback
Receiving negative feedback is never nice, but what you do next can make a difference.
Our research shows that 80% of consumers would be “likely” or “very likely” to leave a review if they initially had a negative experience that turned into a positive one.
We also know that response speed can make or break customer satisfaction; 46% of customers expect businesses to respond faster than four hours.
With NPS notifications, you can instantly get notified whenever a customer provides a negative NPS from your Get Reviews campaign. Also, if you have chosen to collect additional feedback, you will see it along with their score. Importantly, you will see each customer’s contact information so that you can continue to resolve the issue.
Stay up to date on all your feedback
NPS notifications aren’t just useful for dealing with negative feedback. We have a variety of options to make sure you get the right information to the right people when you want:
- Get notified as soon as a customer leaves feedback or with a daily summary.
- Decide what type of feedback you want to include: only negative, only positive, or all feedback.
- Select up to five emails to receive notifications. This could be your customer support team or, if you are an agency, your client, so they can handle customer responses themselves.
Notifications NPS is now ready for use. Just go to a place, click Get Reviews and enable it for your next campaign.
